SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Orders can take up to (2 - 3) business days to be processed and shipped.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all U.S. residential and commercial addresses within the continental United States.
Shipping fees will be calculated by weight during checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are confident that you be satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us.
Items are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned following the directions below:
To Return an Item:
Call 1-877-474-9780 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization (RA). Returns will not be accepted without this Return Authorization (RA).
Once the Return Authorization (RA) is given - we will provide a return label by email.
Drop the package in any U.S. mailbox or visit your local post office.
Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email.
Any item returned after 30 days of purchase is not eligible for refund.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Refunds do not include any shipping charges. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less the original shipping charge and return label fee.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
